Car Park Resurfacing in Sutton
Total area of the new car park area is 2250m2 and Surrey Hills Surfacing carried out a full excavation and re-surface of the car park for Sutton Business Centre.
We installed new ACO drains across the full length of the car to minimise the different falls that were currently in place, which were causing puddling issues. The decision was made for a new drainage system to be installed to guaranteed any surface water will disperse quickly and no puddling will happen due to this be a very large area we excavated the existing sub-base and installed a new type 1 sub-base throughout the whole car park area.
The car park resurface in Sutton was completed and finished with a full line marking package and was re-opened for use to the office workers just after the Christmas break.
